Viewpoint has a new look
2020 marks a very important milestone for Viewpoint as we celebrate our 25th year serving the global entity management community.

Reshaping Viewpoint
To commemorate this landmark, we are changing the look and feel of our corporate identity to better reflect who we have grown to become and what we represent – the world’s leading entity management and governance solution.

The most noticeable change is the re-design of our corporate logo. The modern design reflects the dedicated focus on entity management and compliance that Viewpoint has consistently maintained for 25 years. The four colours continue to highlight the four main components of Viewpoint, namely Entity Administration, Document Management, Practice Management and Accounting. However, the addition of a gradient to each colour has two important elemental purposes.
Firstly, the gradient reflects that just like a colour spectrum whose colours merge together to make a single focused beam, Viewpoint components can operate independently but really shine when used together as a single integrated solution.
Secondly, the gradient recognises that within each core component there are subsets of functionality that themselves deserve attention, for example Entity Administration includes extraordinary compliance and AEOI functionality.
We have introduced two product families: Viewpoint Connect and Viewpoint Engage.

Viewpoint Connect represents our Cloud and On-Premise back office solution, comprising of our familiar four main components and elevating several other key functional areas to the distinct component level – reflecting the significant growth and comprehensive depth of their respective functionalities.
The new components are Business Process Management, AEOI, Compliance & Risk, and Business Intelligence.
Why the name Connect?
Simply because Viewpoint Connect genuinely does CONNECT every aspect and need of a professional entity management organisation.

Viewpoint Engage is the integrated Viewpoint secure Web application. Historically this solution has been known as ‘CSP’ or Client Servicing Portal.
This outstanding solution remains a client portal that uniquely allows clients and other external users, such as intermediaries, to not only access real time entity information but also initiate and manage any number of configurable back office BPM workflow service requests.
Why the name Engage?
Simply because Viewpoint Engage is the only fully intergrated secure Web entity management solution that allows Clients, Intermediaries and Front Office users to truly ENGAGE with their back ofiice service providers.
