ViewPoint Application Support Specialist (50%)

We are looking for a ViewPoint Application Support Specialist:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance (1st level)
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Assess requests and provide a solution to the client
  • Assist the client through the problem-solving process
  • Escalate unresolved items to the second level when required, liaise and coordinate
  • Run reports and analyze common requests
  • Record events and related actions in a ticket system application
  • Keep track of cases and inform the stakeholders
  • Consolidate feedback/suggestions for review and participate to improvement
  • Improve standard Q&A and troubleshooting procedures
  • Distribute support documentation to clients


  • Committed to provide outstanding service to clients
  • Affinity with software
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in similar activities
  • Team player and good relationship skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and ease in IT environment
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Autonomous, responsive, proactive and happy sharing knowledge
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Appetite to learn and develop
  • ViewPoint experience (would considered as an advantage)
  • Good technical knowledge (would considered as an advantage)
