We are looking for a ViewPoint Application Support Specialist:
Missions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance (1st level)
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Assess requests and provide a solution to the client
- Assist the client through the problem-solving process
- Escalate unresolved items to the second level when required, liaise and coordinate
- Run reports and analyze common requests
- Record events and related actions in a ticket system application
- Keep track of cases and inform the stakeholders
- Consolidate feedback/suggestions for review and participate to improvement
- Improve standard Q&A and troubleshooting procedures
- Distribute support documentation to clients
Profile:
- Committed to provide outstanding service to clients
- Affinity with software
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in similar activities
- Team player and good relationship skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and ease in IT environment
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Autonomous, responsive, proactive and happy sharing knowledge
- Rigorous and organized
- Appetite to learn and develop
- ViewPoint experience (would considered as an advantage)
- Good technical knowledge (would considered as an advantage)
